SCRATCH CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the Pins & Knuckles Scratch Card Contest, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating.

 

Eligibility:

1. The contest is open to all customers who receive a scratch card with their order from Pins & Knuckles Merchandise.

2. Employees, affiliates, partners, or immediate family members of Pins & Knuckles Merchandise are not eligible to participate in the contest.

 

How to Participate:

1. Scratch the designated area on the card to reveal the hidden prize/gift.

2. Send a photograph of your scratch card clearly showing the card number and prize info to your account manager or to the sales team: sales@pinsandknucklesmerch.com

3. Follow the instructions to complete the entry process.

 

Prizes:

1. Prizes will be specified on the scratch card and promotional material.

2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

3. Pins & Knuckles Merchandise reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

4. Each card is valid for one use only and cannot be repeated.

5. Specific prize terms:

• 10% extra on your next order: Valid for t-shirt and tote bag orders only, up to 100 units.

• 50 free t-shirts with 1-colour print: Valid on Gildan Softstyle/Heavy t-shirts only. One colour front OR back print only.

• 25 free t-shirts with 1-colour print: Valid on Gildan Sofstyle/Heavy t-shirts only. One colour front OR back print only.

• Instax Mini 12 Prize: Pins & Knuckles Merchandise is in no way affiliated with Fujifilm or the Instax brand. This prize is privately purchased and sent to the winner directly.

• Nando’s voucher: Pins & Knuckles Merchandise is in no way affiliated with Nando’s. Gift cards are privately purchased and emailed to the winners directly.

 

Verification of Winners:

1. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residence.

2. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in disqualification.

 

Limitation of Liability:

1. Pins & Knuckles Merchandise is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur during the entry process.

 

General Terms:

1. Pins & Knuckles Merchandise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.

2. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and any changes will be posted on the official Pins & Knuckles Merchandise website.

3. By participating in the Pins & Knuckles Merchandise Scratch Card Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the contest.
