Printing & Branding Services

Q. Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do. We offer FREE shipping across the UK & Europe. The delivery price depends on the location and the size of the order. Please get in touch for a postal quote.

Q. I have ordered multiple products, are they all delivered together?
Sometimes. We aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible, so in some cases they will be sent separately.

Q. Do you only print for bands?
No, we print for a wide variety of clients from clothing lines, gyms, sports teams, festivals, corporate companies and many more. We offer specialised products to meet all these clients specific needs.

Q. Do you offer a garment finishing service?
Yes we offer a full branding service including re-labelling, packaging, barcoding and much more. Get in touch with us for more info.

Q. Can you rush a print order to meet our deadline?
In most cases, yes. This does depend on how busy we are at the time and an extra fee may be added for this service.

Q. Can we pay after we have received the finished products?
No, we don’t offer this service, although at our discretion we can arrange 30-day invoices in select circumstances.

Q. I want a special type of feel to the print?
This is no problem at all. We work with all different types of ink and printing methods to ensure you get exactly what you want.

Q. Can you print our design big?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss different options for large prints.

Q. Do you price match?
Yes, in certain cases we can match a price, provided the quote is for a product that matches our standard and quality. We can’t guarantee a match for every product. Quality is everything to us and we won’t compromise on that.

Q. Will you edit my artwork? 

Only at your request. All prints are done exactly to the artwork you supply. We work with a very talented design team who can assist if needed; however in these cases additional costs may be added depending on the level of work required.

Q. Are there any hidden fees?
No, we do our best to be upfront with quotes and ensure you are 100% certain of the final cost, including all VAT and delivery charges. Additional fees may only occur if there is major design work that needs doing that you cannot supply yourself.

Q. How long do you keep screens for?
We keep all film positives indefinitely, we do not charge for screen set ups.

Q. What is your turnaround time?
This varies depending on the product and order size. For the majority of our products we aim for a maximum 7 working day turnaround, but in some cases this may run over due to suppliers, stock, couriers and quantities, but we will always keep you posted on any delays.

Q. Can you do an all over print on a t-shirt?
Yes, no problem. Please get in touch to discuss these options.

Q. I need a very specific print done, but I do not see it offered on your website, can you help?
Yes, we offer various specialised printing options that may not be mentioned as they are rare or we may have to source the materials externally. Get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.

Q. Can I send you my own garments to print on?
Yes this is an option, but we would need to analyse the quality of the garments for printing.

Q. Do I get discount as a returning customer?
Yes, we always aim to give our loyal customers as big a discount as possible. Remember the bigger the order, the better the discount we can offer you.

Q. I want a custom product that you do not have available on your website, can you help?
Yes, certainly. We have a wide-variety of products and will also look into the viability of sourcing specific products requested.

Q. Do you offer office/company merchandise packages?
Yes, we have the ability to meet your every corporate merchandise need.

Q. Can you provide a design for me?
Yes, no problem. Get in touch with us with your ideas and we will put you in contact with our design team.

Q. What if something is wrong with the design after completion?
It is rare, but if something is wrong with your product and it is our fault we will reprint or provide a full refund. We are extremely client-driven, but please note it is your responsibility to check the artwork before submitting for printing.

Q. Can you provide eco-friendly printing?
Yes, we aim to keep our business as eco-friendly as possible, but should you require anything specific, please let us know and we can arrange it for you.

Q. I cannot supply separated artwork for screen printing, can you do this for me?
Yes, we work with a fantastic design team that can do this; however there may be an additional fee for this service.

Q. Do you sponsor bands/ festivals?

We aim to work with as many bands as possible on all levels to ensure they have the best deal available for their needs. We can customise special tour packages for bands/ festivals.
